Visual Transpositions

collection 1984 - 2016

Evocative exchange on the thin line between desire and objectivity, experiencing an equilibrium between the visual fragments of what appears and visions built with my imagination.

Move visual fragments from the plane of memory, and the acquisition of memories, to that of the imagination inducing a continuous reversibility of this process to melt, arbitrarily and syncretic, two possible traces of our presence in a given context.

Distill a single image-frame not as a simple representation of what one has lived but more possible emotive dimensions.

40x60cm  limited edition fine art print 1/10

Graphic imagery in mutual evocation with reality, understood as direct experience of appearing, remembering what we have been and imagining what we could be, in the suspension of time. Extend an image that I feel strongly my, redefining an uniqueness up to create a hybrid of the real, cognitive synthesis of indefinable.
